Your Spine, Your Yoga is arguably the first book that looks at the spine from both the Western anatomical/biomechanical point of view and the modern yoga perspective. It is filled with detail, discussion, illustrations, and practical advice for spines of all types. This emphasis on variety is welcome and necessary: no two spines are exactly alike, and no two people have the same biology and biography. What your spine is able to do may be vastly different from what other yoga students' or teachers' spines can do.

Shipping

‣ For orders of crystals 50kg and over, please call to enquire shipping rates.

‣ For all other orders, the following shipping costs apply:
$10.00 AUD – Standard Shipping: 3-7 working days.
$20.00 AUD – Express Shipping: 1-3 working days.

Note: Those crystals sourced from their country of origin may take longer to arrive. We try our best to make shipments of those crystals smoother and faster, but an estimated time of 15 days on some deliveries is still applicable.

Returns

Our team take the utmost care in ensuring each crystal is packed securely and with the greatest care to ensure their arrival to you in pristine condition. However, we cannot always predict nor be in control of what happens during transit.
