‣ For all other orders, the following shipping costs apply:
$10.00 AUD – Standard Shipping: 3-7 working days.
$20.00 AUD – Express Shipping: 1-3 working days.

Note: Those crystals sourced from their country of origin may take longer to arrive. We try our best to make shipments of those crystals smoother and faster, but an estimated time of 15 days on some deliveries is still applicable.

Returns

Our team take the utmost care in ensuring each crystal is packed securely and with the greatest care to ensure their arrival to you in pristine condition. However, we cannot always predict nor be in control of what happens during transit.
